Thanks...you're doing great.
I know that I'm overdue for a post about the Magic's trade deadline manuevers, but I'm experiencing some delays in the completionof my company's monthly magazine due to the inconsiderate imcompetence of a member of our Board. She writes a letter to the membership each month and, though I clearly stated that the 22nd was the deadline for submissions, her letter has still yet to arrive in my inbox. Of course, this means that I have to delay the finalization of a couple of key elements to the magazine and will be stuck finishing up the magazine until the final hour or so of this afternoon. I swear, next month we might have a half empty magazine as my little way of driving home the point that I operate on a deadline that must be adhered to. Either that or I'll end here posting about how much I hate the peopel I work with/for...yeah, the latter is probably a more likely scenario. I'll post something this weekend...I swear.

I watched a lot of the combine this weekend on NFL Network. Chad "Action" Jackson ran a 4.32. Fastest among all wideouts (including Moss). And I can't remember him dropping a pass in workouts.
He looks pretty smart for going into the draft this year absed on what he's done thus far in workouts. I knew that he had good speed, but was a surprised to see that he ran such a great 40 time. Any news on what Dee Webb ran?
Hagans' stock has plummeted as bad as any receiver in recent memory. He was a sure-fire first rounder to most but had an awful week of practice at the Senior Bowl (I heard. Surprisingly, I chose not to visit Alabama in January)as he had a ton of drops.
Maybe this will allow him to fall to the Bucs in the second or third round. Though I've only seen him a couple fo times, his on field performance at ASU would seem to bode well for his NFL future, though the drops are certainly problematic.
Joe's right. Hagans ran like a 4.41 or something like that. It was sub 4.45. He did have some drops though. I didn't see the DBs do anything. I think that the defensive workouts were today.
Obviously the best advice that Jay Cutler could've received this past weekend was to get a new haircut. He looks like he has downs or something.
He thinks he some sort of Beatle or something. They make 'em weird up there at Vandy. I didn't realize that Hagans was that fast. While he may not drop to the Bucs, I'm willing to bet he at least falls into the mid second round on Draft Day. How's a 12 pack sound Joseph?
One more thing: Isn't the surface at Indy supposedly slow? I remember hearing that in year's past. It certainly doesn't appear that way based on the times that Hagans and Jackson have put up.
I don't care how it's spun, VY is um...not so smart. If you've ever seen some of the sample questions, then you realize it's not exaclty the MENSA application.
No bet? You pussy. You're right though about him going mid 2nd as well as him possibly even get scooped up late in the first depending on team needs and who's been selected.
I've heard that the majority of the Wonderlic is at an 8th grade level. And Hughes is right, the sample questions aren't too challenging. I guess having to do 50 questions in 8 minutes is just too much pressure for some. As opposed to having 300lb lineman fall on top of you.
